Overview
A detail-oriented, results-driven Website & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage, optimize, and grow our
digital presence with a strict focus on revenue generation and pipeline velocity. Manages the WordPress site,
executes SEO and emerging AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and builds high-performing HubSpot landing pages to
directly drive Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and closed deals.
Key responsibilities
- Pipeline-driven web management — WordPress performance, security, uptime for a frictionless buyer journey.
- Conversion-focused technical updates — design/content/plugin changes to maximize Lead-to-SQL conversion.
- Revenue-centric search & AI optimization — continuous SEO + AEO to capture high-intent buyers and improve AI-search visibility.
- LLM discoverability — structured content, semantic relevance, schema markup so AI tools surface our solutions.
- Lead-gen landing pages — build/test/optimize HubSpot pages, forms, CTAs to maximize demo bookings.
- Seamless sales integration — flawless website→HubSpot CRM data flow feeding the sales pipeline.
- Sales-velocity analytics — A/B testing + insights to lower CAC and shorten the funnel.

Qualifications
- 3+ years managing WordPress with a CRO focus.
- Hands-on HubSpot (CMS, landing pages, forms, CRM integration) for lead generation.
- SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) + optimizing content for AI/LLM search.
- Connect website performance + basic HTML/CSS to pipeline metrics; strong attention to detail; revenue focus.
