Overview
A proactive Sourcer who builds qualified candidate pipelines for open roles across nextSource and its clients —
finding, engaging, and shortlisting talent so recruiters and hiring managers can move fast. AI-augmented: uses the
Elipsum recruiting tools (résumé↔JD scoring, LinkedIn capture) to source and rank at scale.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for active roles; map markets and target companies.
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, boolean search, and the talent pool; capture LinkedIn profiles into the pipeline.
- Run first-touch outreach and screen for fit against the role's JD and required competencies.
- Shortlist and hand off ranked candidates to recruiters/hiring managers with notes.
- Keep candidate status current in the recruiting board; hit weekly sourced/qualified targets.
Qualifications
- Experience sourcing for staffing / RPO / corporate TA; strong boolean + LinkedIn sourcing.
- Comfortable with AI-assisted sourcing and an ATS/recruiting board; organized, high-volume, detail-oriented.
